Location: this property is located 90KM east south east of Livingstone and 100KM south west of Maamba.
Access: Perched on the edge of the Zambezi River, this property can be reached by

  • HELICOPTER from Livingstone – approx. 35 minutes.

  • PLANE (Chinook 2-seater aircraft of Canadian design – could be sold with the property if desired) from Livingstone – 50 minutes.

  • RIVER– boat ride up Zambezi from Sinazongwe in the Lake

  • ROAD – 150 kms from the Great North Road. 4x4 recommended.

The Property: The property is 3100 + hectares (7660 acres) in size with approximately 30km of game fencing (2.5 metre tall with 17 strands of 2.24 mm high tensile fencing wire), including 5 km of Zambezi River frontage. This region of the river is known to fishermen as the ‘Tiger Mile’. This Property has a 99 year lease from the Zambian government from 1998 with an automatic renewal of another 99 year lease.
